Yes. At S&P Realty, you keep 100% of your earned commission. You simply pay a flat $200 per month, which includes your E&O insurance.
Are there any hidden fees or surprise costs?
No. There are no commission splits, franchise fees, desk fees, or hidden charges. Your monthly cost is predictable and transparent.
Do I have to use specific systems or software?
No. You are free to use your own CRM, marketing tools, and workflows. What works for you is up to you.
Do you provide leads?
We don’t provide brokerage-purchased leads. Instead, Shane personally teaches you the real strategies and systems that help agents consistently generate their own business long-term for free! ​
How fast do I get paid after closing?
We offer next-day commission payouts after check is deposited, docs have been submitted via upload portal, reviewed, and check cleared. Must have a Chase account or Zelle to access this feature.
How do you consider yourself a virtual brokerage?
We operate fully online with digital transaction upload on the agent portal, cloud-based systems, and remote support — allowing agents to work from anywhere without office restrictions while still receiving full broker guidance.

Do you have a physical office if needed?
Yes, we have a physical office in Grosse Pointe available for agents who prefer in-person access or meeting space for an additional fee. However, S&P Realty is intentionally structured as a virtual brokerage, so our goal is for agents to have full control of their business without needing to rely on a physical office.
